Medium to dense red in color with a crimson hue with a black pepper and sweet berry nose with a subtle earthiness and vanillin oak in the back ground. A medium bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz showing all the favorable characteristics of a fleshy and soft mid palate with good fruit intensity while still maintaining structure and strength supported by toasty French and American oak. Drink 2004 – 2012
