Hopler Pinot Noir Hopler PINOT NOIR 1999
87 points - Wine Spectator.

Dark red burgundy with characteristically fine strains of marzipan and wild berries. A refined, velvet elegance defines this wine as an excellent representative of the variety. Pinot Noir presents a unique test for the soil, climate and the winegrower. The wine ripens on the east slopes of the Leitha hills, the perfect environment to achieve the best quality.

Suggested food: Most pleasurable when enjoyed with lightly fried chanterelles or delicacies with duck.

Hopler Noble Reserve (Cuvee) Hopler Noble Reserve (Cuvee) 2001
90 Points - Wine Spectator

The Noble Reserve betrays at once the tenor of this dessert wine. The name itself is derived from the „noble and sweet“ character of the wine, whereas "reserve“ signifies a selection which the winemaker has especially held back, to allow a slow and gentle maturing.

Suggested food: This wine is finely ripe and goes well with goose liver, pâté, fruit and sweets. Paired with spicy food, it subdues burning sensations. Perfect on its own, for dessert, for breakfast, or as an aperitif.

Hopler Eiswein Hopler EISWEIN
(Grüuner Vetliner)

The secret of ice wine lies in the picking of the frozen grapes, at just the right temperature of 19°F. During pressing, the crystallized water in the grapes and their skins remain behind in the apparatus, allowing the rich concentrated juice to escape. This delicious dessert wine has an heady bouquet and an harmonious flavor.

Suggested food: Perfect with sweets or by itself.
